I welcome all of you this new season, some of you this very day, others just a couple of weeks from now. When we closed last season it seemed like sooo long till we would start up again, but here we are, fresh and new ready to share again the harvest of the farm. Just a few bits of the business to deal with.

  1. Remember & respect the pick up times for the shares. Pick up should be after 3pm and no later then 7pm unless special arrangements are approved. Shares left overnight will be donated.
  2. Purchases of meat, eggs & bulk purchases will be solely arranged on the farm. Satellite drop sites have not the means for storage.
  3. The CSA is supplying everyone with a reusable bag to take your share home in. Please do not take the basket. It is needed to fill your share for next time!!
  4. If your site has one: please check off your name so we know who has picked up their share that week.
  5. Information concerning the CSA will be regularly posted via this newsletter, so please be in the habit of reading it via e-mail or ask to receive a printed copy.

Please remember, we are always appreciative of volunteers & those who volunteer on a regular basis will be eligible for and additional discount next season. Again, I want to thank you all in supporting this Community Supported Agriculture project and I look forward to being your farmer this season. If you have a good recipe you want to share, let me know and I’ll post it here in the news letter.

Paul
